Terrible customer service. I've taken my car there twice since I've owned it and both times it was a waste. First it was to replace inspection stickers after my windshield randomly cracked. Set up an appointment a week ahead of time letting them know what I was coming in for. They gave me a time of 3:30pm. So I arrive on time and check in. They send me to the waiting area only to come in after about 15 mins to tell me that all the mechanics had gone home and I would need to reschedule.
