2019 forester Dropped my car off Thursday night so work can be done to it on Friday. The work that was done was 4 brand new tires, new control arm bushing, and an alignment. 1. I don’t hear anything all day Friday until 4:15 from Elijah saying i can pick the car up but he'll be there until 430. 2. On the way home my tpms light comes on. 0 Stars if I could. They are money hungry and greedy. They will deliver a car make you sign bs paperwork just to call you 3 weeks later and tell you the loan was denied. You pay for insurance leave a down payment etc for them to lie and lead you on to a car that was never even truly yours. Horrible dealership. Horrible Customer service. Still waiting on a return on deposit since beginning of MAY!!! Stay AWAY.
Disclaimer I’ve only had 2 other dealership experiences before here. They were really reasonable on their pricing and my trade in offer. Once through the negation they were real homies. Ended up deciding to purchase!
I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional and dishonest dealership. While the front staff are friendly, the overall experience is severely undermined by poor management. If this business wants to improve beyond its current rating, it needs to address that leadership issue—because that’s where the real problem lies, not with the employees customers first encounter. Awesome place with a relaxed environment. We worked with Andrew, who not only ensured we had a great deal, but also ensured we drove away in a car we loved! He was very easy to talk to, very educated, and gladly walked us through parts of the process that we didn’t understand. Thank you Reedman Toll of Exton!
