I called to make an appointment for my forester. It has been making a loud noise from under the hood at the moment the engine turned over. The car is under 3 years and 36000 miles so my expectation is that this work would be covered under warranty. On the phone, I was asked to consent to $230 diagnosis fee just to book the appt to assess the issue to determine if it is a warranty claim. I took exception to such a high fee that I could be on hook for when I could not get a confident answer from them that it would be covered. ... read more
Hands down best purchase experience with Lucas Tennity. Sale was completely done virtually due to me being out of state. Zero haggling and best price in northeast region for brand new crosstrek. Lucas was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. Him his team worked efficiently to get the model and exact color I wanted in under five days. On day of sale, the car was prepped and I was in and out in under an hour. Would absolutely drive out of state again to do business with Exton Subaru

Communication, sales, management, and service are all horrible. I strongly advise you avoid this place at all costs. These people should be ashamed of themselves and their lack of customer service. Disrespectful amateurs that have no idea what is going on. Convenient location, horrible all around. No thank you!
