Just wanted to give a shout out to Tommy (our sales rep) and the whole team at Reedman Toll Subaru in Exton. We recently purchased two new cars there and were very satisfied with the entire process. Communication, sales, management, and service are all horrible. I strongly advise you avoid this place at all costs. These people should be ashamed of themselves and their lack of customer service. Disrespectful amateurs that have no idea what is going on. Convenient location, horrible all around. No thank you!
It would be zero stars if google let me.Communication is terrible from online team. I emailed, got a response from the internet manager at 3:50 (went to my spam folder).I did not see it until after 6. I then replied a little after 6 PM (they close at 6)to see if the vehicle was still available. No response. I purchased a new Subaru and received a good discount and trade in quote. Salesman was very polite and knowledgeable, with no pressure to buy.
