I went in for a regular oil change. When I recieved my car back it was making a rattling noise. I took it back in for a check up. Bonnie helped me out tremendously. I recieved a loaner so I wasn't left carless. I had the loaner for the weekend due to the part being shipped to the dealer. I came back to pick up my car but the same noise was still there.
