Very disappointing customer service experience. We went there to inquire about a Honda minivan, but the saleslady did not even greet us and came across as rude and unwelcoming. During our conversation, she left and sent another salesperson, Bryan, who was also rude and unhelpful. The way we were treated made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and it left us feeling there may have been bias involved. Overall, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this place.

Great Service Desk at Roberts.
3 hours for a service recall on the fuel line for my 2015 Honda Accord. Never even looked at the car. Then they asked me to leave because I was upset. LOL. This dealership is the worst. I have owned 6 Hondas since 1996. Trading them in for Fords tonight.
