3 hours for a service recall on the fuel line for my 2015 Honda Accord. Never even looked at the car. Then they asked me to leave because I was upset. LOL. This dealership is the worst. I have owned 6 Hondas since 1996. Trading them in for Fords tonight.
I went there to buy a CRV this year and negotiated a car price and was assured the car was the same car as the CRV I bought there last year, except for the leather seats. Then I went home to pick up my checkbook and returned to pick up the new car. I went in the car with the sales person and asked again repeatedly if the features are the same as the car I bought last year and was again assured that was the case.
