Outstanding Service
8 am appointment for a state inspection and oil change dropped car off instead of waiting only to come back around 10:00 just to have to keep waiting until almost 12:00 for them to give the car back. 4 hours to do those services is a horrible!!
I want to express my highest appreciation for Service Mgr. Kim Rodriguez. I had an emissions alert and was worried about getting it repaired before a gig I had scheduled (5+ hr drive each way). Kim not only made sure I had a 1st thing in AM appt for the diagnostic test but went the extra extra mile to replace the part immediately instead of as I expected having to come back another day. If I could give zero stars to Reedman Toll Auto Group’s repair department, I would. My experience with them was not only frustrating but financially devastating—and their complete lack of accountability is what makes this review necessary. From start to finish, my interactions with this service center were marked by incompetence, arrogance, and a total disregard for customer well-being. Service was great. Holiday weekend no car rentals open. Sherri in service helped me so much. Got me into a vehicle. Justin in Chevy sales helped me also. Thank you to Sherri, Justin and all in Chevy service. You were great. My car runs great Thanks again
