Why now can't I directly talk to the service center??!! Every call takes forever and it's like a brand just landed on the earth individual!!! Seriously fix this or I'm done coming here period!! Beware!!!
Outstanding Service
8 am appointment for a state inspection and oil change dropped car off instead of waiting only to come back around 10:00 just to have to keep waiting until almost 12:00 for them to give the car back. 4 hours to do those services is a horrible!!
I want to express my highest appreciation for Service Mgr. Kim Rodriguez. I had an emissions alert and was worried about getting it repaired before a gig I had scheduled (5+ hr drive each way). Kim not only made sure I had a 1st thing in AM appt for the diagnostic test but went the extra extra mile to replace the part immediately instead of as I expected having to come back another day. I understand her job and what it requires can be stressful on top of a customer adding to it alike myself (most likely lol), but she handled... read more
If I could give zero stars to Reedman Toll Auto Group’s repair department, I would. My experience with them was not only frustrating but financially devastating—and their complete lack of accountability is what makes this review necessary.
