Please don’t waste your time on coming here. Doctor’s wife acts like she’s the doctor and is the rudest person ever. She looks miserable and should not be working with people. Obviously the daughter Julie that also works there is always going to take her side because that’s her mom even though her actions are wrong and should not treat people the way she does. My experience at this office was very disappointing. The front desk staff, who are the doctor’s wife and daughter, were consistently rude and unprofessional. Their attitude felt dismissive and made the entire visit uncomfortable from the moment I arrived. I didn’t feel respected or welcomed at all during my time there. I expected at least basic courtesy in a medical office, but that was not the case here, and I will not be returning.
If you are considering this office, I would strongly think twice based on my experience. I’ve known Dr. Peters for years and never had an issue with him personally, but the front office experience has been consistently unprofessional and disappointing. Reedley wellness center has been such a blessing to my family. They get me and my children in quickly and the wait time is great. They are always there to listen and be helpful with any health concerns. They make themselves available and you can tell they really care about their patients.
