Didn't receive a call or text prior to the appointment lady at the other end started to get loud with me insisting they had called no you didn't so much for rescheduling never using them again
I don’t care about the front desk service because of the quality of the workmanship with the Dr himself and His son they are definitely top quality and super nice themselves.
I had an appointment scheduled for my daughter and I was not able to make it because we were short staffed at my job. They called me and asked if I was going to make it and I told them sorry but I wasn’t going to and if I can reschedule. The receptionist or whoever called me told me why hadn’t I cancelled before because there was so many people waiting to get cleanings and the hygienist was waiting. She repeated this 2 times.
