I have visited this office once before and felt the front desk staff was a bit rude, but I gave it another chance. Yesterday, I arrived for my 3:00 p.m. appointment and was not greeted. Eventually, a young lady asked for my name, but she was still conversing with another staff member, so I wasn’t even sure she was addressing me. I was placed in a room, spoke briefly with the nurse, and then waited for 45 minutes. No one came in to update me, and the doctor never showed. Unfortunately had to drop my rating from 4 stars to 2 stars based on my recent visit. This practice is turning into thieves. Dr.Weiner used to give prescriptions for 1 year, now he only gives prescriptions for 6 months, forcing you to go in and PAY again. In recent years they sold to a large group and the service has gotten MUCH LESS personal.
