On my visit 3/7/25, I was scheduled to meet with my PA, and they didn’t tell me that she no longer works there which If I had known I wouldn’t have scheduled. I was instead passed down to Nurse Natalia who was demeaning and gave me misinformation and wasn’t open to explaining other viable options. I’ve been coming to this office since 2021 and will not return because of the lack of professionalism displayed by nurse Natalia.
Phenomenal customer service. I arrived with no appointment and in notable pain. While they were booked solid, they still got me in immediately with outstanding quality of care. Then, had me referred to a specialist for an appointment the next morning. No need to look further, this is the place.
Leeann Muncy, PA, is incredible! She is a warm and compassionate caregiver who made me feel welcome as a new patient. The entire process was smooth and effortless thanks to her kindness and professionalism.
