No call back, so I called late afternoon and scheduled an appointment. They asked me to send an eye care related document by email, which I did. I included a question about eye related fee. No reply to email so I sent follow up several days later. Again no reply so I called and no answer after another few days. I sent 3rd request for reply to my email. Never received any reply to anything...
