Reed Tire used to be a stand up business when Brad and Jim were running it full time. They had a great manager named Mitch who had top notch customer service. When Mitch left they hired Caleb, who will charge extra when he can, lie, and take advantage of women who don't know any better. After 15 years of being a loyal customer, myself and my family will never use Reed Tire for any service again after multiple issues were unresolved, all of them involving Caleb in some way.
