Dr Lambert has been a great doctor for my wife and I for close to 30 years, great demeanor and very thorough, It’s been a privilege to call him our primary care physician! I hope he continues to practice medicine for a long time
On time and very professional.
My visit was fine--however my wife called for an appointment for a UTI that was causing her distress. She was not given an appointment until 2PM the next day and her prescription was not sent to Food City as is in our directions. So she has suffered through Saturday and Sunday (there being no way on earth to contact you). In my humble opinion she should have been seen first thing in the morning the day after she called and the prescription sent to the correct Food City pharmacy immediately.
