Dan and Reed Property Management are great. Dan is patient and will make sure you get the project outcome to be exactly how you would like. Professional, efficient, very cost effective and timely. These guys are awesome!

After a year part of the floor started to come apart. Called Dan Reed several times and he talked about coming to the Cape and repairing the floor. Talked with him three different times and he still hasn’t come to fix the floor. Very upset with the business

Dan from Reed Property Services did a great job with my garage floor. Dan was very responsive and answered all of my questions. I'm so glad I decided to have Dan epoxy my garage floor. The floor had numerous cracks and now looks like a showroom. I would highly recommend using Dan!

Awesome company. Awesome results! Dan and team show up on time and get the job done. From reviewing options to clean-up, everything is professional and hassle-free. The end result in our basement and garage still blow my mind. The epoxy flake coatings make everything look brand new and so clean it looks better than some of the living areas in my house. They also use the professional grade materials that will effectively last forever. I can’t recommend them and this type of flooring enough.
