If you have an Autistic child, or any child, in my opinion you should think carefully before bringing them here. My daughter is autistic and she has some fears like many autistic children do. Two of them are bright lights in her eyes and doctors leaning a chair back while she is in it. When doctor reed came into the room my daughter asked her not to lean the chair back with her in it and not to put the light in her eyes. Terribly run - insulting and poor service. Don't go there. The doctor does not know how to deal with adults. First, before you even see her you have to fill out forms. When I got there I was told I needed a full set of X-Rays. Still haven't talked with the doctor. When she came in she didn't listen to me and on my follow up visit I was told I had to pay up front. What? I have never been to a dentist that required me to pay BEFORE any work was done. The worst!
My experience with Dr. Reed was just OK. My teeth are better, but not where I wanted to get them to align. Her treatment room is very impersonal and feels much like a ortho factory. The staff are generally rude, with the scheduling person and front desk people the worst. They have no regard to patient service. I will not go back because of the overall experience.
Loved Dr. Reed when we met her but the experience has been a nightmare. Braces have been on over double the time we were told. There is no care or urgency in her staff. Front office staff has been rude. We were stuck behind a huge accident one day on the main road near the office and were less than 10 minutes late. The extremely rude front desk attendant told us we would not be seen and had to come back in six weeks. This is an ortho Factory and they churn through too many kids at a time.
Dr. Reed has done exactly as she promised she would do for me. I am down to the wire :-) with my orthodontic care and I am beyond pleased with the results. It is better than I expected. I am so pleased with how much better I feel with my appearance. I've noticed how happy Dr. Reed's staff are ALL the time and they are all so very friendly and professional. I wish there were more healthcare providers out there with similar attributes that Dr. Reed and her staff possess.
