The team here were prompt, executed their jobs well and gave me viable options.
I have been going here for a few years and have always had a wonderful experience. Dr. Tina is nice and takes time to answer my questions thoroughly. When purchasing glasses, the two ladies working were very helpful and helped me find the style I was looking for and the right fit. There was no pressure in buying anything and they were not very knowledgeable with the products.
I appreciated the entire experience, from the greeting to the check out. Dr. Tina’s evaluation and explanation were excellent as was Heidi’s help in seeking and fitting new glasses. I will continue to use Reed Optical as my eye care specialists.
