I initially went to Josh for advice in 2021 when I was training for a 50km trail run. Josh helped me immensely regarding a nutrition plan, carb loading, hydration plan, macronutrient guide, protein intake and meal & snack plan. By following Josh’s advice I was able to train and work (massage therapist) with enough fuel to sustain my energy levels. Josh has been providing excellent information and advice for over a year for my daughter with chronic bowel issues and other complex nutritional issues with excellent results. He is extremely knowledgeable and inclusive of everyone involved in my daughter’s well being. He has also provided education sessions to all support workers for my daughter.
