Tried to get my mother’s appointment moved closer due to her having high blood sugar. The receptionist was horrible to us. She basically said they are booked and go to the ER. With high health care costs for my retired parents we were trying to avoid the cost of an ER visit and see her doctor that treats her for her diabetes before it’s a medical emergency. We will be finding a different doctor. Very condescending and rude receptionist.
