Difficult to schedule. No live person. Long wait times. Staff rude and unconcerned
Seldom return calls in the 24hour window as stated in the recorded message that you will ALWAYS get when you call!!!!! Usually requires multiple calls to get a return call from scheduling, nursing or billing...I never see more than 2-5 patients waiting in the waiting area and I don't hear the phones ringing off the hook either!!!! I would fire my office manager today!!!!!
We love Jubel, he has a very good patient phycisian attitude, would recommend him to anyone
I love Jubel. He is absolutely the best. He is very knowledgeable, very thorough, and he has a great bedside manner. All the staff, the nurses, everyone is amazing.
if I could give this place no stars I would & that's just for the front office staff,the ladies are rude & never answer the phone when you do get through they are mad at reschedule,hold a grudge if you do,when I explained my situation the lady literally told me "annnnndddd" they do not care about your well being or mental health and just an fyi today is aug 10 and they said the soonest they could see me was sept 29th!!! after me telling them that I was in a car accident and need a follow up
I have had a very positive experience with PA Reed. He listens attentively and answers my questions. He spends more time in the examining room than any other doctor I have ever gone to. He is friendly and funny. Everyone who works there is friendly also - no grouches or gatekeepers like some other doctors I have gone to.
I love Dr. Reed. Only con I've experienced is that sometimes he seems very anxious to get in and out of the exam room. I trust his decisions, but would like more than 5 mins with him to ask certain questions. Extremely nice man, very easy going, has a great sense of humor! You can really tell he loves what he does.
I have tried to make an appointment with Dr. Reed. I would be a CASH Paying Patient. I have been told I cannot make an appointment with Dr. Reed because, even though I would be paying CASH, Dr. Reed does not accept patients that are of medicare age/eligibility. I have never been turned down by any doctor, especially realizing my insurance does not cover Dr. Reed, I am of medicare age and I am willing to pay CASH. Someone please explain this rule to me.
