If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is strictly for the manly sounding gruff woman who answers the phone. My husband was in a devastating motorcycle accident 3 days ago and is currently in the Trauma ICU fighting for his life. I called this tow yard to find out if they had his bike. The administrative staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. They charged me 350 dollars stating that my vehicle was on its side and it had to be winched twice, which it was not. 150 dollar clean up fee when the debris was already cleaned off the road and put inside the vehicle before they arrived for a total of 500 dollars to get my vehicle back. Great service!! I (25F) and my partner (21F) got a flat tire on the side of the highway. We were borderline clueless and fumbling our way through before we decided we needed to call for help. Joyce in the office was so kind and compassionate on the phone call! Then Mike came out and totally saved the day!! Our tire was stuck on & he didn’t give up.
