Reed Homes of Central Florida produces a nice product; however their homes are "NOT" monitored by John Reed - Owner/President of Reed Homes who claims he does monitor them. We have a 20' crack in our Dining Room ceiling that Reed Homes put caulk on it twice (crack was: 3-5' before we closed on our home) and the 3rd time, the*************************************** had Reed Homes fix the now 20' crack.
