Very impressed. Showed up when they were supposed to. They had respect. The work was great. Feel a lot better now that my units have been serviced. I highly recommend them.
The team at Reed just left my home and I don’t have enough nice things to say. They were early, which is even better than on time, professional and informative. I plan to recommend them to everyone!
Mr Reed showed up earlier than expected to help my elderly parents out because there unit had frozen up and needed a Freon boost . They had endured a hot house during a warm evening in July 2025 . It had been 105 the day it froze up but after calling and talking to the fantastic receptionist the next morning she set everything up and he arrived early and handled the problem like a true professional. Believe it or not, serendipity knocked on our front door when Reed Heating & Air repairmen Josh and Ethan arrived. These were can-do geeks -- maybe with even a dose of John Wayne -- happy to ply their skills for the benefit of needy folk (which clearly we were). Yes, angels of beneficence, not profiteers.
