I use to be an ISU student. Went in to ask questions about setting up membership as a community member/alumni. Very rude, tall, blonde woman at the front desk! Never had that happen before. Another employee was falling all over herself trying to make up for the other one’s poor attitude! Made me feel stupid for asking basic questions such as cost. Whole thing put a bad taste in my mouth. Shame, since it’s a decent gym who usually has good staff.
The swimming pool is wonderfully remodeled. However, for swim meets the pool needs to have an electronic timing system.
