I’ll be forever thankful for the LTD that has helped me every month.
Very unhelpful company. They’re supposed to be managing my maternity leave and it’s taken them over a month to process my paperwork, only to have them reject it.
They suck. They have way to much paperwork to do, and then they screw that up. They don't care to talk to you or help. Everything I call I'm waiting on hold for at least an hour. Everyone there needs to be fired and close that useless company.
Currently on short term disability from a surgery I have not gotten paid once in the last 5 weeks. Every time I called they stated I was going to get a random amount but. Nothing. When I bring it up I get hung up on.
