I want to commend Reed on your outstanding customer service across three separate concerns, all of which were resolved at the highest level. I had an initial issue with an incorrect graduation date which Reed worked with UC to rectify and ensure I was enrolled in the correct ceremony, keeping me informed throughout the process. Honestly, this was a complete waste of money. I paid for stage photos and video, and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. 1) Stage Photo: The one photo uploaded was terrible. It wasn’t captured at the key moment when I stood with the Chancellor holding my degree, but instead when I was mid-conversation, leaving me with an awkward expression. I arranged to pay for a complete range of photographs and videos of my graduation and was not disappointed. The charges were clear, and I found no "hidden charges" as other reviewers claimed. Furthermore, when I needed to find where my photos were stored, I received very prompt and accurate replies. Not only was I supplied with what I had paid for, one photo was sent to me in error.
