Reed Events organised the La Trobe University graduation and had a ‘roaming’ photographer taking images. He approached us, took some photos and let us know we would be able to access them on the app later on. The reference code elicited images but none of those taken of my family and I. Searching by facial recognition also resulted in nothing. I contacted Reed by email and phone. I was excited to receive my graduation photos and stage clip video, but no one warns you about the hidden fees! Not only do you have to pay for your photos and video to be taken and edited, but you also have to pay again just to access the items you already paid for. I'll admit the photos turned out great, but the video was short and a bit of a letdown. I really wish I had read the reviews beforehand—it would have saved me a lot of money. Ridiculous service and prices! Businesses like these should be banned with the exorbitant fees and not giving customers any other options. $20 to take a photo... and another $45 for it to be sent digitally. Horrendous! They'll take a photo of you and then add on ludacris fees to send the images to you in as many forms as they can, which can easily total $200+ just for a couple grad photos
