I arranged to pay for a complete range of photographs and videos of my graduation and was not disappointed. The charges were clear, and I found no "hidden charges" as other reviewers claimed. Furthermore, when I needed to find where my photos were stored, I received very prompt and accurate replies. Not only was I supplied with what I had paid for, one photo was sent to me in error. Absolutely great service. Ian from Reed graduation services helped me sort out some issues with my registration process. It was very kind and generous. Also, they reply to the emails promptly. Highly recommended.
Reed Events organised the La Trobe University graduation and had a ‘roaming’ photographer taking images. He approached us, took some photos and let us know we would be able to access them on the app later on. The reference code elicited images but none of those taken of my family and I. Searching by facial recognition also resulted in nothing. I contacted Reed by email and phone.
