Never responded to my emails or calls to add an extra guest within the week I booked
Had my photo taken from them at my graduation day in Deakin University Geelong. They didn’t make their pricing clear. The $20 fee was just sitting fee with the photographer, getting your photos cost a lot more which was never told.
Why am I being charged a $3 service fee when I'm already paying $200 to graduate for a degree paid for by my HECS debt and already paid fees? Constant upcharges are thrown at you from their website, phone support barely listen to what you're asking and you are pressured to download an app to access the guest tickets they didn't send out to your guest email addresses. Can't wait to see what else goes wrong, haven't even gone to the ceremony yet.
Please refund my $300+ for the digital photos I cannot download. Order 660691. I have attempted email, app online enquires and phone calls however I have had no response and your phone is set to an automated recording saying I've called outside of hours (states you open at 9am however I rang twice after 9am). I have ordered 5 digital images that I cannot download. Your FAQs state they are available for download in 4-6 hours of purchase. I have been trying for 8 days. You won't respond.
