We received a Plaque that had been damaged in the mail. I contacted them and they immediately sent out a replacement and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Charging $45 per digital photo should be illegal. I screenshotted bits from my graduation live stream recording instead. The resolution is not great, but it's better than overpaying this company.
They charge you for everything. Pretty nuts. Additional fee for new ticket, kinda fair, additional ‘$30 handling fee’ on anything delivered? Less fair. And then a $5 service fee for paying on their website? Dude I did everything myself. Just a weak cash grab of a company. Shame so many universities rely on them.
This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. The graduation experience is meant to be exciting and trying to get photos that have been paid for months ago from reed events has been nothing but difficult. No response from multiple emails is disappointing. Paid almost $300 for no photos it should not be this hard.
