Recently graduated at UNE and booked a photo session for $20. Was appalled by the outrageous prices. There was 17 photos taken but I could only view them in low resolution and would need to pay $55 each or around $300 to get full resolution digital copies. These additional costs were not well communicated. I definitely cannot afford $300 after an already expensive graduation and there's no way of knowing what images actually looked decent due to the preview being such low resolution. $40 shipping fees + the $45 for one digital photo is not great. I have two orders going to the same address and I have to pay $80 for shipping. Delayed orders that takes over 2 months and requires me to chase the online team. Would not recommend this company to others.
