HORRIBLE AWFUL experience here. They would not work with us. Did not care and made the experience so awful for grieving people. DO NOT RECOMMEND. How disgraceful
We received awesome care from everyone who worked with us
I was so disappointed with the service we received from Jacqueline. I had to call for every piece of information regarding my Mom’s cremation, service and times and when it’s your Mom this can cause undue stress. There was literally no communication unless I called her on every step which spanned a month. We have always used Reed in the past, 1977, 1979, 2015 & now 2022 and I will never use Reed again. Ever.
Beth was very thorough and very sweet. She was a tremendous help
