I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. My mother passed last summer unexpectedly and in a panic my family contacted them for help. They were incredibly unprofessional and violated my mother’s body with their remarks. I was informed how their “help” was mocking my mother’s weight and making jokes the entire time she was being removed from the home. A woman who weighed 230 lbs. Maybe hire people who aren’t weak? Just had a funeral service for my Grandmother , Monday June 9th I was shocked how things have changed in the last 17 months since we had my mother’s funeral! My grandmother was not done up makeup wise like my mother and other family members have been done, she looked nothing like the picture we gave , they saw we were upset she wasn’t done up so they slapped on some eyebrows right in-front of me that were not even matching her hair it was a color that was orangey brown! HORRIBLE AWFUL experience here. They would not work with us. Did not care and made the experience so awful for grieving people. DO NOT RECOMMEND. How disgraceful

I was so disappointed with the service we received from Jacqueline. I had to call for every piece of information regarding my Mom’s cremation, service and times and when it’s your Mom this can cause undue stress. There was literally no communication unless I called her on every step which spanned a month. We have always used Reed in the past, 1977, 1979, 2015 & now 2022 and I will never use Reed again. Ever.
