These folks don't seem to be interested in being professional enough to let you know when or if they may even return a call. They absolutely weren't concerned about whether or not they have your business or not. If mr. Reed wants to portray customer service and concern, he may want to get better staff. Never had a business tell me they didn't know when or if they may or may not get back to a potential customer. I shutter to think how they would be at returning calls after retained.
