Such a great staff who take an interest in you! Dr. Trivedi is a gem! He is genuinely interested in his patients. I brought my wife to an appointment and he stopped by in the waiting room to say hi to me. He is thorough in his work, and clearly explains what's going on. Perhaps my favorite medical person ever.
Dr. Trivedi has been our family eye doctor for 31 years. He is thorough, attentive, and an extraordinary communicator. He remembers family eye history and helps plan for future eye health. We will not go anywhere else!
Terrible. I called to schedule an Eye exam for my son, person who I was talking with asked me if it was to reschedule the appointment that was missed 3 days ago. I told her I didn't know that an appointment had been scheduled. I asked when it was scheduled and by whom, she told me it was scheduled a year ago by an employee who no longer works there. My god since Rochester Regional took over the customer service here is horrible. Today I drive there for my diabetic eye exam scheduled a year ago and they tell me it’s cancelled. They tell me they called me in Oct and Nov and my voice mail was full. It isn’t. It wasn’t. No additional effort. No I’m sorry to you. Since my eye doctor retired and I see whoever is available it should have been easy to SEND ME A LETTER tow months ago if you couldn’t reach me. I’m billing them for my time.
