Terrible. I called to schedule an Eye exam for my son, person who I was talking with asked me if it was to reschedule the appointment that was missed 3 days ago. I told her I didn't know that an appointment had been scheduled. I asked when it was scheduled and by whom, she told me it was scheduled a year ago by an employee who no longer works there. My god since Rochester Regional took over the customer service here is horrible. Today I drive there for my diabetic eye exam scheduled a year ago and they tell me it’s cancelled. They tell me they called me in Oct and Nov and my voice mail was full. It isn’t. It wasn’t. No additional effort. No I’m sorry to you. Since my eye doctor retired and I see whoever is available it should have been easy to SEND ME A LETTER tow months ago if you couldn’t reach me. I’m billing them for my time. Yesterday I had my eye exam. Upon arrival the front desk seemed annoyed by my presence and it continued to go downhill from that point. My insurance has changed since my last visit. I let the front desk know this and let them know I don’t have my vision insurance from my job BUT I was okay paying out of pocket and understood that was a risk I was taking.
