I recently had a frustrating experience with this eye doctor’s office. After months of waiting for my appointment, I received a call canceling it because the doctor would be in late. To make matters worse, I was told the next available appointment would be three months later—in February! Interesting experience. Best tech/prep girl on earth! But they refuse to provide PD and act like it's a huge secret number and would not even say what it is when asked. The implication was they don't do it. Their service is somewhat worthless when the prescription is not divulged in full. They were very quick to bill insurance though.
