Giving one stars because I took the truck in after seeing a leak on the transmission, 4200$ they replaced the transmission with a different model because they had to add extra plugs, and now my trucks battery dies all the time. I am afraid to take the truck back to them and I’m going to take the loss and take it to another shop for them to troubleshoot the dying battery issue. Unless they can respond before the holidays. Not sure how this place has 5 star reviews. Had work done on the same vehicle several times about a year ago, I'm local and know other locals who have horror stories about the screw ups, this includes me. Sold me a engine and installed it in my 2011 chevy traverse. Never ran right after they touched it. Had to bring it back several times immediately after, O2 sensor, coils, catalytic converter. Charged parts & labor each time. Had a oil leak as soon as they put new engine in. Was never took care of. After so many times I rea... read more

Hands down the best shop I've ever sent my car to. Super super caring and kind people. I got really lucky because they were able to see me right away not even 30 minutes after I called in. They immediately diagnosed my issue and were able to fix it the next day. As long as I'm in Quincy I'll be taking my vehicles here.
