Mike and his crew have always gone above and beyond what is expected! I have taken both my Ford F-150 and my Explorer to them for parts and service! I know of no other garage in town where they have come in early or stayed late to meet the deadline of when the vehicle was promised to be fixed! They are extremely competent, they are concerned about your costs, and they are confident about repairing your vehicle! Giving one stars because I took the truck in after seeing a leak on the transmission, 4200$ they replaced the transmission with a different model because they had to add extra plugs, and now my trucks battery dies all the time. I am afraid to take the truck back to them and I’m going to take the loss and take it to another shop for them to troubleshoot the dying battery issue. Unless they can respond before the holidays. Not sure how this place has 5 star reviews. Had work done on the same vehicle several times about a year ago, I'm local and know other locals who have horror stories about the screw ups, this includes me. Sold me a engine and installed it in my 2011 chevy traverse. Never ran right after they touched it. Had to bring it back several times immediately after, O2 sensor, coils, catalytic converter. Charged parts & labor each time. Had a oil leak as soon as they put new engine in. Was never took care of. After so many times I rea... read more
