We have purchased and sold numerous homes and land over the years. Our experience with Reed & Co was easily the most frustrating and disappointing of many interactions with Real Estate agents. When we raised our concerns (in writing) on numerous occasions, the Principal didn't even have the courtesy to reply to our correspondence. Ultimately we felt let down and ripped off. We would not recommend their services under any circumstances.
