I never used this place – I actually never used this place. I wanted to, but it doesn't have good reviews. It's probably another one of those Mr. Locksmith scam review I saw on the internet where a company from Oakland posts fake reviews for other small business locksmiths.

In reality their review is the only bad review of us on CitySearch! They claim that we are probably a scam company, and yet claim they don't have any experience with us. Best Bay Area Locksmith – I was locked out of my car in the middle of the night and they got me in right away. They were quick, friendly and well worth the cost. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, I know who to call.
Simply the BEST – My family and I have been customers of Reed Brothers for over 25 years, as have my parents and extended family and friends. We have purchased a variety of items from probably a hundred keys to houses, cars, sheds, fences, cabin, etc - to lock sets, bicycle locks, door and window hardware - and much more. Awesome Service – These guys do the keys for our fraternity. When a lot of our keys were taken by the graduating seniors last year (jerks!), we came here to make some more copies made. I called them to figure out when they closed at 5:15 only to find out that they close at 5:30. He figured out some disappointment in my voice and said that if we were quick enough, he would stay open a bit longer to fit me! Amazing! Worst security system company – We've got a security system that is malfunctioning and needs servicing so I decided to call this place based on the good Yelp ratings and reviews. So, I get someone on the phone and start to tell him about my situation, saying that we need someone to come out to Fremont to help us out. Worst home alarm and locksmith company out there – This is the worst home alarm company out there! Their customer service is terrible! When I canceled my service because I sold my house they kept charging me and said they have to go INTO the house to disconnect my service. I was charged for almost a full year of service for a property I no longer owned. They lied and said they tried to go to the house. Either this is posted using an alias, or he is confusing us with his alarm company, or it is a competitor trying to slam us (which has happened several times already). Best Lockshop in Town! – I needed my locks upgraded. After checking the state website for licensed locksmiths, I called Reed Brothers Security. Calling Reed Brothers was cool. They came out the same day and made a rcommendation to install "bump-proof" locks. We scheduled to install everything the next day and they showed up right on time. I highly recommend them.
Fast and Courteous. – The locksmith was at my door in less time than they said it would take and had me in my house in minutes!
