I would rate it zero stars if possible. Unethical insurance agent. I worked with Allen Crawford he was very unprofessional. He got very angry when I asked to see the terms of the policy he was quoting as I had 2 other parties involved with the property. He said If I did not trust him I needed to find another agent. Ethically and legally if a client asks to see the terms of the policy they need to be provided . How do you know what is covered if you do not see the terms of the policy? Do not use this agency!!
By far the worst insurance company I’ve dealt with, it’s been over 2 weeks and I haven’t been able to get a simple quote. I can only imagine how difficult it would be if this was a claim! I spoke to Adam Sheridan over email and one day he just didn’t reply, I tried calling the number and he’s never in the office. We really wanted to support a local business but it’s clear this company doesn’t want our business so we’ll be taking it elsewhere.
