We called the Reed Brothers based on the excellent reviews that we read. Then we met Jim and we felt instant confidence in him. Then we met Tom who oversees the construction and again felt that we were in great hands. They served as GC in a condo remodel that included 2 bathrooms, adding much needed can lighting in several rooms, sheetrock and cabinetry, and adding stone to two walls. I have never dealt with this company in the past. I was going to try somebody new as my current contractor was unavailable for timing. After 30 seconds on the phone with the lady who answered. It was clear that they are rude and do not have proper training For their office staff. I would encourage them to Research with other successful companies and train accordingly. This review is not on the quality of their work but their customer service. We called two weeks ago for someone to come out and talk about an addition we wanted to do. The receptionist took all our information, location, what we wanted to do etc, but no call back. Maybe we weren’t going to spend enough even though we didn’t have a figure in mind since we don’t know how much things cost. Maybe it was our location as we are up in the mountains. But either way, a call back and an explanation why/ or why not would have been good... read more

We used Reed Brothers Construction to enlarge our laundry room, which was exceedingly small. To make matters worse, our hot water heater was in the laundry room which prevented us from opening the door of our dryer completely. After 7 years of dealing with this, we decided to look into remodeling this room.
