I have been a customer for over 10 years. (Personal and Business policies) Needless to say, I am switching my insurance to another agency. Beware of Dan Snoody in Logan, Ohio. He has messed my auto insurance up several times since 2020. He has made changes to my policies without my knowledge. Suddenly I have money coming out of my checking accounts and no clue it was happening. He NEVER never accountable for his mistakes. It's always blame the customer and twist their words.
