This is the worst experience that I have ever had with a supposed professional CPA. She is not competent, and does not listen. She uses old software that doesn't compute properly and she can't explain the mistakes that the software makes . Don't use her unless you want to be audited. She asks you to pay upfront before she touches your taxes and when she makes mistakes she is difficult to talk to. She acts as if she is inconvenienced by explaining her process even after the customer discovers her mistakes. She made several mi... read more
