Great rig! Just bought another one and will buy more. The small footprint of this rig is exactly what we needed to get in tight hard to reach spaces outdoors, where we cannot get a boom lift to. So much safer than a ladder, because the tooling we use when we are tall is heavy, kicks and can throw a man right off a ladder. So the basket makes our job more safe and we can get much, much higher.

Worst experience ever. Be very cautious this unit is mainly used for interiors. We were very clear we wanted to use for exterior use only and with a little wind this thing wobbles like crazy. Did not feel safe at all. A cordless drill will not get you up and down like they show. Battery dies very quickly. Extension shafts are not easily installed at various heights don't be fooled by the video. When trying to return the unit, manager (support staff) wanted to charge a 25% restocking fee even though we only used twice. Lets b... read more
