Bought a washer and dryer from them a few years ago...our experience was wonderful! Recently moved into a new house and wanted to upgrade kitchen appliances, so we came back based on our past experience. The sales staff was amazing. The installer...well if he worked for me he would be out of a job. He showed up late (after the delivery driver) and looked around for 15 minutes. RecommendedI just placed a call inquiring about the smell and when I opened dishwasher it set off my smoke alarm. They were able to quickly and accurately lead me to my heating element and lo and behold a smaller plastic measuring cup fell to bottom and was melting. Yikes ! Great customer resolution and care. I highly recommend Reece's Maytag! Our refrigerator died on Tuesday. After spending a good portion of Wednesday going to all the large chain stores and being told it would be a minimum of 4 weeks before we could get a new fridge delivered, we stopped at Reece's. They had a floor model fridge that had been out on the floor for less than 24 hrs, that worked for us. Don delivered it to our house (35 miles outside of Lafayette) by himself after business hours the same day! You can't get that kind of service from the big chain st... read more
