Dr. Willbanks office is great! They are professional, efficient and my kids smiles look great. Any time one of the wires pops off, they get us in right away- which my kids really appreciate. I HIGHLY Recommend this office!

Terrible service. I was referred to Dr. Willbanks’ office for a new retainer. The staff was initially friendly, and when I decided to hold off on the expense, they offered a refund. However, despite multiple calls and being told the refund was processed, my bank statements proved otherwise. After speaking to a manager, I was promised a check—but two months later, I’m still waiting.
