Simply AMAZING warranty support. Had a faulty kitchen gooseneck tap which wasn't assembled correctly from factory, causing undue wear and eventually leakage. Reece organised a replacement part and a contractor, and had it replaced and fixed within two days. Just brilliant! Thanks guys!
