Needed advice on a shower head. Helped me to determine the problem and suggest solutions before selecting products. Highly recommend and very convenient parking!
Went to enquire about irrigation parts to fit an outdoor kitchen, basically wanted some advice and measurements. Paul an older guy came to the counter where I was discussing it with another staff member. He was arrogant, rude, spoke to me condescendingly, and I left the store feeling belittled. Really poor customer service.
This shop was very helpful when we needed a replacement part for our bathroom tap. It was just a Bunnings tap, not a Reece's tap, but Krystal was happy to help us find a replacement part. This was about 6 months ago and tap is working well. Thanks guys.
