If i could zero stars this would be the correct rating for a specific Female Saleperson that works there. She is a liar that will not own up to her own faults and mistakes! She Misrepresented the company by purposely falsified an delivery order saying only 1 item for pickup at this location once I arrive it was 7 items. One of those items being several 20foot plastic pipes that would not fit into vehicle that was never put in the purchase order to begin with! This is the reason why im doing this review
My first time at Reese. Not a plumber but needed to fix something. They help me get the part I needed and offered me a water or soft drink on my way out. Excellency customer experience!
