He helped me identify that the pipe I bought from Bunnings was the wrong one, helped me to find the correct one, and explained the installation so clearly that even a beginner could understand. I went to the competitor first (they were closer) and the guy at Trade started with ‘what da ya want’ he only got ruder so I left. I went to Reece and the two guys who helped me were fantastic. Old school service, nailed my inquiry and offered some awesome advice. I know where I’ll go everytime now.
I spoke to a man called Christian, he called me an idiot for asking "too many questions". I am utterly disgusted by this sort of behaviour and hope it is taken care of by whoever is in charge.
