During nearby building activity, masonry cutting was repeatedly performed without effective dust control, and despite multiple notifications, the issue was not corrected. As a new mother, my experience living next to a construction site managed by Avonley Homes (a Reece Homes company) has been incredibly distressing. For several days, masonry crews performed dry-cutting of stone and brick, sending plumes of hazardous silica dust directly onto our property. It was deeply intimidating to have to carry my newborn in and out of our home while being forced to walk through a cloud of dust that is a known health hazard.
