Buyer beware! We loved our home initially. However, after being in the home for just 5 years, there are noticeable quality issues. Most of the windows are clouded and can’t be opened without the hardware breaking. In addition, within three years of moving in the roof began to leak. It was discovered that the builders put tack strips down over the finished roof to do some additional work on the gables. Now we have water damage in a bedroom and in the attic that they will not repair. Buyer beware!!
DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL ALL REPAIRS ON YOUR NEW HOME ARE COMPLETED!!! We were excited to purchase our new home just over a year ago. Shiny and new. After we finally got settled in there were a few things we had to wait on. Correct front door, shower tile floating up, back yard drainage issues, broken window etc, etc.. We filed a list of warranty repairs and after a few weeks of no response I called Bryan Reece. No answer, no call back after leaving a VM. Called the office. Same outcome.
