I enjoyed my drop in. The 0530 athletes made me feel welcomed and the gym was adequately equipped for the workout. The Coach did an excellent job as his ques and one on one feedback were personalized for each athlete. I encourage as well as enjoy dropping in to gyms every chance I get close to 25 different states now. I confidently would say your coach this morning rated in the top 5 of my experiences. While visiting Hilton Head Island recently I decided to sign up for a week long guest pass at Coastal Carolina CrossFit. Had a chance to drop in on a partner workout, two “Forever Fit (55+)” classes, and one regular WOD class. Had a great experience each time. Great facility (including showers), good programming, and attentive coaches. Co-owners Rachel and Whitney are very warm and welcoming and the athletes all made me feel at home.
