Make sure to add an hour to every door to fix them. This company has progressively gotten worse and worse. No care for quality or function.
Been coming here long time great guys here easy in easy out no complaints always allowed me to stay on property when needing to finish out my 10
I will never use them for anything. We purchased a door in January and waited 4 months. Door was deformed and had useless sales Rep. come out who was the one who measured in Jan. He told me it would be 2 to 3 weeks to repair. 5 weeks has just passed and know telling my installer 8 to 12 weeks as they didn’t do anything with it. If by some miracle that happens, it will be 9 months to have a front door installed. So I went with a buddy "Private contractor" to install some doors (interior doors) from Reeb because they are local and such and it is very sad to say either the company has went completely downhill or you need to hire new delivery drivers and builders as all the doors were stacked at the job site very poorly and all the trim was broken and cracked on five doors not one was decent at all they all looked to be messed up in some way or another.
