I bought stain grade (so I thought) doors from local lumber compnay that deals with this product. I ordered door slabs, 1 pocket door and 1 barn door. I received doors after a little wait roughly 6 weeks and prepped the barn door first so as to give the bathroom privacy. sanded 180 then 220 to apply stain. The bottom stile was pieced, no big deal or so I thought. Whatever glue wood filler this crowd uses will not take stain. I complained to local company and they reached out to rep who said I did not follow recommended steps... read more

These people are awful, purchased an EXPENSIVE exterior door and it came in scratched, they came with another replacement weeks later and this one was also scratched. Tech tried to use a bottle of touch up paint on a painted door and it looked like crap. You can see where the router got away from the worker and went outside of the designed mortise. Even the better ones were a 1/16"-1/8" larger than it should have been. The doorstop was tacked on wherever it fell. I understand that it should be adjusted to the panel when installed, but the reveals were way off and it was bowed. For many, I h... read more

Purchased a door before COVID, and stored inside in original packing. Framing for door totally warped, poorly set hardware , and crack in moulin. Not safe to take back during lock down , so I battled the frame into straight and level using multiple shins. Reeb ducking any responsibility by demanding photos that are only available during construction . I have installed many door units this frame is pure garbage. Do not buy from this company!
