After dealing with car break-ins and even a stolen car at my last place, moving to Redwood in West Jeff has been such a blessing. It’s the perfect distance from Columbus — close enough for convenience, but just far enough from the “ruckus.” From day one, Megan has been so kind and helpful, and maintenance is quick to respond. Excellent service and response time
Maintenance request was completed within 24 hours. Awesome maintenance man too.
Cute community. Love the layout of the apartments and neighborhood. Would have given a 5 but it was very impersonal & we felt rushed. Would have loved to be able to walk through with someone to ask the questions we had. A pool would also be a plus.
Wonderful experience. Megan was an immense pleasure to work with. Extremely Thorough. She answered all my questions and address my concerns. The home is beautiful and the neighborhood is lovely
