Staff needs to learn to ask permission to pet an animal. Don’t just go around petting every animal they all don’t like it
Even though it's 24/7 amd no one else was there, they didnt help me with my pet.
Dr Garza helped my pet during an emergency. Sometimes it's hard to get an appointment in my area our vets are so busy, and after hours 24 hour emergency care is a crucial need in my area unfulfilled so having good Dr's like her even a drive away, is a relief as a pet owner. Thankfully my emergency wasn't life threatening and my pet should make a full recovery.
Arrived with my very sick dog to have her euthanized, vet tech was very unprofessional and rude. Explained the dog was scared still wouldn’t allow us to be with her through the process. Vet tech came out claiming my dog bit a tech and they wouldn’t release her body to me after euthanasia so we could burry her at home. They stated that animal control needed to take possession of my dogs body. My dog has never bitten anyone ever.
