Made me wait hours.....close to 3 after telling me on the phone it would be 45 minutes. Sitting in their parking lot on a Friday night is scary with gun shots, sirens, racing cars, creepy people all around. The whole time, only one other car came in and left with an animal. I waited an hour after that car left then checked in. Working on your bunny now....they said. Another hour passed..... Clear, professional, much more affordable than another emergency vet I tried. They gave me hope without making me homeless
I just had to put my best friend down due to old age and complications from that. Due to Covid rules we had to wait outside in parking lot under stressful conditions for over an hour. it was a night mare. But the dr and staff are not at fault. The emergency vet waswas wonderfully kind and made me feel at ease.

Good staff.. took care of my fur baby. Just wish they would of used a pen and paper to communicate as it was hard for me to understand what was being said. A little high in terms of expenses.
Had a very difficult, tough day today with loosing a pet. The staff was compassionate and professional.
