This place is horrible. I have been in treatment for 10 years and never had a positive screen for a cocaine of all things. Just by reading these reviews it seems to be a problem at this facility.
Worst run lab I’ve ever seen in my life! The lab is contaminated and they do half ass work here! They do not properly confirm the drug tests and only screen. This place should be shut down for failure to comply to rules and regulations not to mention the contamination which is ruining peoples lives! They are known for false positives and terrible processing times! This place should be shut down
This place is saying I felt a 3 drug tests. In, Im about to lose my life to the system because of their faulty test. And I live in knox indiana in there in California how did they have all my test back within a week?And then they tested me 3 times in a week. This place need shut down we all need to get together and file a lawsuit on this place
I have no idea how they do their job but just wanted to wreck the curve
I have never had an issue with ordering supplies from Redwood. They are always nice and very professional.
