Trailers need to be upgraded and the street ways need to cleaned up some of trees need to be cut down!!!! It looks inviting!!!
This park is consistently improving. It has affordable trailers for sale and rent. Better prices than any currently available apartment or house. Go check it out.
It seems to definitely a lower end mobile home park. From what I've been told, previous owners took advantage of HUD vouchers in pricing and didn't perform any repairs that were supposed to have been completed after Hurricane Florence. However, from my understanding, the new owner is supposed to be trying to upgrade the location & homes. I honestly don't know much more than that, so my input is limited.
