Great work, always hold a cool conversation!
Haven’t even lived here 6 months and the pipes have backed up twice, I’m talking completely flooding the bathroom and living room. This is with not flushing anything but toilet paper.
Very nice place. Anything you fix they do it quick! Friendly.
Rebecca and Chad are very helpful and always available. I absolutely love living here. They make sure things are taking care of. It's a beautiful complex 8/4/& 8/5/2025 Had a refrigerator repaired done by John the Maintenance Guy. Our freezer froze up and refrigerator was was not cooling. John came out promptly. Ended up having to defrost the freezer that iced up and was not cooling. John explained why it froze up. He was very informative and got it working again. He is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
John with maintenance is very attentive and he always does an amazing and thorough job. John is the perfect face for Redwood Temperance... thankful for John!!
