John came by for a simple leak, and refused to leave till everything was fixed, every slow drain to a squeaky door. Honestly one for the best technician experiences I have had in a while.
Very fast response time for even simple things like smoke detector batteries!
I had an issue with my toilet seat and as usual, John was very prompt in responding. He has always been very pleasant and professional.
Great maintenance team.
