Great location. Convenient to so many things. Office staff is friendly and helpful as well as the maintenance person. Apartments were well maintained as was the landscaping.
You would think with you already paying almost 2 grand for a one story apartment style home that it wouldn’t come with many problems. Pipes are backed up every other day, trash barely gets picked up, water barely gets hot & when it does it take 5 minutes for it to do that. Front office is rude. Very money hungry company I don’t recommend!
I saw John and asked him about a light bulb in one of the ceiling fans. He brought one over and fixed it right away. He is always very friendly and quick in his response
Kitchen sink was not draining properly and Jon to the rescue! He had it draining quickly in less than 5 minutes! Again Outstanding service! Thank you Jon!
