Needed some repairs on my sink and maintenance didn’t waste any time getting the part ordered and when it came time for the repairs, they were easy to work with!
John with maintenance showed up within hours of filling a maintenance request. He is very professional and attentive and he always does an amazing and thorough job. John is the perfect face for Redwood Temperance... thankful for John!!
Jon was very responsive and helpful. He took care of our issues quickly. We were not home this time and he made sure my kitties were safe. Thank you Jon Jon also came and installed a new Thermostat. He did a great job and we are very happy with it !!
Battery in the door lock was too weak to function and would not lock. Called for a maintenance person to come and replace it and they arrived within 10 minutes.
Requested that we get our smoke alarm changed at earliest convenience. He showed up within the hour and was in and out! Thanks so much for the prompt and great work!
